ANSWER: "Political correctness" is an expression of false teaching. The Devil is "the accuser of our brethren" (Revelation 12:10). He accuses only, but without proof. In William Shakespeare’s “Julius Caesar,” Act 3, Scene 2, Mark Antony says: “Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears.” Why pay attention to this fictional invitation, but neglect to hear God’s appeal: “Give ear, O my people, to my law; Incline your ears to the words of my mouth” (Psalm 78:1); OR to the appeal of Solomon: “My son, pay attention to my wisdom; Lend your ear to my understanding” (Proverbs 5:1); OR to the appeal of Jesus Christ: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life” (John 5:24).
