QA: I've Already Been Baptized in Water

QUESTION: I've already been baptized in water. Do I need to be re-baptized? - July 15, 2018

ANSWER: The first time the Gospel of Christ was preached in its entirety was the day of Pentecost after Jesus' resurrection and ascension back into Heaven. Can We See God? - Mini Article Now Available

While on Earth, Jesus said to Philip: “He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, 'Show us the Father'?” (John 14:8-9) Thus, Jesus “is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation”(Colossians 1:15). Jesus is the “image” (icon) of “the invisible (aorata) God.” Jesus emphasized, “Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from God; He has seen the Father” (John 6:46). “Idolatry” is any, and every, attempt to make God or Jesus visible to our physical eyes, whether it is done with statues, Creches, paintings, or trinkets. This is why: “Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man's devising” (Acts 17:29). - February 8, 2021

Acts 8:36 - 38: The Conversion of the Ethiopian

Acts 8:36 - 38

Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, “See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?”

Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.”

And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

So he commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him.
